From the moment I walked into Volkswagen, I felt welcomed. I had my son with me and we did spend a little time at the dealership. Not only did they make us comfy, they even made my 18 month old son comfy with stuffed animals! Super friendly staff, I bought a used SUV (trade in). Ryan was extremely helpful during this process. Kris from finances worked super hard at getting myself approved even with a low credit score .
